Facebook Counter Punches with it’s Own Allegations Against Yahoo

Yahoo's claim that Facebook infringed upon 10 of it's patents and countered with a suit of its own allegations including patent infringements on; photo tagging, advertising, online recommendations and more.  Facebook said it has been "irreparably harmed" by Yahoo's infringement.  At the end of the day its just a big song and dance for some bull-crap settlement.  Unfortunately, it looks as if Yahoo is trying to crash Facebooks 'coming out party' (going public).   A Baltimore McDonalds worker is claiming 1/3 of the Mega Millions Jackpot last week; however, her fellow McDonalds associates assert that Mirlande Wilson bought the ticket for an 'office pool' and they have rights to the winnings.  This is a pure case of he said - she said, and their is no validity to this claim  save for a New York Post exclusive on the matter.  Lotto officials are investigating as we speak.
