Facebook Counter Punches with it’s Own Allegations Against Yahoo

Yahoo's claim that Facebook infringed upon 10 of it's patents and countered with a suit of its own allegations including patent infringements on; photo tagging, advertising, online recommendations and more.  Facebook said it has been "irreparably harmed" by Yahoo's infringement.  At the end of the day its just a big song and dance for some bull-crap settlement.  Unfortunately, it looks as if Yahoo is trying to crash Facebooks 'coming out party' (going public).
